2. Return Policy: Any damaged, broken, or defective materials must be taken back and replaced by the vendor.
3. Shipping & Courier Charges: All courier and shipping charges must be borne entirely by the vendor; no shipping costs will be covered by us.
4. Delivery Timeline: Ordered products must be delivered and dispatched within 1 week of order confirmation.
5. Payment Terms: All payments will be disbursed directly by our company.
6. Quality Control & Inspection: Products must first be sent to our organization for quality inspection. We will dispatch the items to the final customer only after successful verification.
